    Life Saver

    A must have for city pups. I have tried out grass patches from other companies and Fresh Patch is FAR superior. The packaging, delivery, and customer service is the best I've found. I also love the wooden sleeve, it makes the whole set up look great on our highrise balcony.

    I ordered to early

    I actually ordered to early. So I emailed customer service and they cancelled the order and it ships have been resent yesterday. Moving tomorrow so will not need it until moved. But so far so good I plan on being a loyal long term customer. Your customer service is great!

    It really works!

    I was skeptical about the patch, but my elderly mom had to move into a 3rd floor apartment and wouldn't move without her dog. After the first few hours, the dog (Lucy) went out to the patch on the balcony and took care of business without skipping a beat. She hated going out in the rain before they moved, so, I think she is actually happier now! What a relief - for both of us!

    Best Idea Ever

    We live in a high rise on a top floor. We adopted our puppy German Shepherd mix at the end of autumn and were in a quandary about what to do in the winter months for potty training. Then we found Fresh Patch! We bought the large size pan and patch and it was a life saver. Because we never had the experience of being irritated at having to take Max out on the weather wretched days, he has always known nothing but love and acceptance. He has grown into a dog with such a sweet personality that shines love wherever he goes. I attribute part of that to ease of potty training with Fresh Patch.
