In my neighborhood there are a lot of coyotes and recently someone saw a bobcat or other large cat. I have a small dog that usually has to pee one time in the middle of the night. I’m not walking him at 1:00 am with Mother Nature trying to get its next meal. It also comes in handy during snow storms or any weather your dog may not want to go out in. I’ve been using it since my dog was 8 weeks old and it helped with potty training too. My dog was so small as a puppy he would get scared on walks and not want to to go. The grass on the patio gave him a safe designated place to go without the sounds of scary cars. Huge fan of this product. Couldn’t be happier. I had the reusable grass but honestly it’s so gross. Putting a pad that’s been peed on in your washer is nasty. Even if you get the animal cleaner for the washer it’s just gross. This you just throw in compost and done.
