Recently moving to an apartment from a house has been a huge adjustment. We live on the 3rd floor and my dog can’t always make it downstairs in time. I researched so many options but this is the easiest! Our patch is always on time and so easy. I am also able to have our order sent earlier if needed which is so handy. Buy it!!!

I have a 14 year old Chiweenie who is not fond of going outside much anymore (we live in a very noisy, downtown area). She has always used her Fresh Patch inside the apartment. Even though she only weighs 10+ pounds, I buy the large roll because she likes to walk around the pad and find just the right spot. I was doing every 3 weeks, but found that the more she uses it (especially in the winter) the more it was starting to smell like urine. I now do every two weeks, and rotate the old one to the balcony so on nice days she can go outside to use it.

I’ve been using Fresh Patch for over three years. I started using it when my dog was a puppy. I ordered a new Fresh Patch every other week to put on my balcony to help with housebreaking, as at the time, my dog didn’t have all of his vaccines so couldn’t go outside. I have continued with my biweekly subscription ever since to allow my dog a place to easily relieve himself, since we are still in a high floor apartment.
The shipments are always on time, and the grass is truly always fresh and high quality. The packaging is great, too - it is well-sealed, doesn’t get wet from the grass, and has sturdy handles.
I’ve also recently had a great experience with customer service. I was out of town and saw I had a shipment processing. I chatted with customer service to cancel, and the agent immediately helped me cancel and get a refund.
Overall, I would highly recommend Fresh Patch! I’ve had a consistent, excellent experience with the product and the company.

I live in a high rise, this fresh patch has been a lifesaver while my senior dog is in hospice care. She loves the fresh grass and the price is more than worth the comfort for her. Her little sister uses it for middle of the night potty trips so I don’t have to feel unsafe in the city at midnight. I would recommend this for anyone with an apartment, a senior dog, or a potty training pup. Or even someone without dogs who just misses having fresh grass to sit on.
