We were really excited about trying this since we moved to an 8th floor apt after our house was ruined by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. It's a great idea. It's packaged nicely with perfect instructions. It's a wonderful product! But, we still can't make our 12 lb dog do his business on it (on the balcony). We'll keep trying though. But despite this, your FP product is really a great idea! 👍😁

The box was a bit high for my senior chihuachua to walk over, so I bought the tray because it's shorter and I made the right choice!
